The Brief

The site required removal of older ducted equipment and a modern replacement system that could be managed from the office.

Project Overview

MAPS completed an air conditioning upgrade for Breight at Eyre Street, removing existing ducted units across two floors and installing a new Daikin VRV system with remote office control capability.

The Solution

System Decommissioning and Removal: Existing ducted units were safely decommissioned and removed to prepare the site for the upgrade works. Daikin VRV Upgrade: A new Daikin VRV system was installed to provide flexible temperature control across the serviced areas. Remote Office Control: Controls were configured to enable remote office control of the installed system.

Outcome

Breight now has upgraded Daikin VRV equipment in place at Eyre Street, supporting reliable air conditioning with remote office control for easier management.
