our leadership
Mechanical Air Projects is led by co-founders Ryan McCarthy and Callem Burman. Ryan brings 29 years in the industry, with a hands-on background across installation, coordination, and delivery. Callem brings 7 years of industry experience, supporting consistent on-site standards and day-to-day project execution.
Our ideal project size is around $600K, and we are also happy to deliver packages up to $1.2M when the scope and program are the right fit.
