Project Overview
MAPS delivered a full mechanical services package for McDonalds Baldivis North, providing air conditioning, ventilation support, controls integration, and kitchen exhaust works to suit day-to-day operation.
The Solution
Mechanical Plant and Cooling Capacity
MAPS installed two Actron package units, delivering a combined cooling capacity of 120kW to support the site’s conditioning requirements. Ventilation Support
To support ventilation efficiency, a Climate Wizard indirect evaporative cooler was installed as part of the overall solution, with additional ventilation support provided via Fantech fans. Controls Integration
An Actron integrated control system was implemented to manage the installed plant and support streamlined day-to-day operation. Kitchen Exhaust Works
Three commercial-grade range hoods were installed to meet the kitchen exhaust requirements for the site.
Outcome
