Project Overview

MAPS specialise in remote HVAC site support and have been conducting ongoing HVAC maintenance for the Mobile Concrete Solutions mine site on the outskirts of Tom Price. With multiple high-wall split systems operating in intense outback conditions, the focus is on keeping equipment running efficiently and reducing avoidable issues.  In addition to HVAC maintenance, MAPS also looks after the site’s refrigeration equipment to support longevity and dependable day-to-day operation.

The Solution

Planned Maintenance in Remote Conditions

MAPS approached the work with a maintenance-first mindset, aligning servicing and checks to the realities of remote operation where reliability and planning matter.

High-Wall Split System Maintenance

Maintenance activities were focused on keeping split systems operating as intended, supporting airflow, temperature control, and steady performance despite intense outback operating conditions.

Refrigeration Equipment Support

MAPS also maintained refrigeration equipment as part of the broader site support scope, with an emphasis on equipment longevity and reducing the likelihood of avoidable breakdowns.

Outcome

Mobile Concrete Solutions now has ongoing HVAC and refrigeration maintenance support in place that prioritises stable operation, practical reliability, and asset care in a remote mine-site environment.

Client Feedback

Site feedback has been positive, with the maintenance program seen as a steady, practical support layer that helps keep the split systems and refrigeration equipment in good working order despite tough conditions.
