The Brief
The gym required reliable climate control across a large open training space, paired with a design that complemented a modern, urban aesthetic. The scope also needed to support practical access for ongoing maintenance and include supporting mechanical services for outside air and amenities ventilation.
Project Overview
MAPS completed HVAC works at Revo Fitness Gym in Mandurah, delivering a modern air conditioning solution with exposed ductwork that balances strong climate control with a bold industrial look. The design supports airflow, energy performance, and straightforward maintenance access while aligning with the site’s safety and performance requirements. Revo’s second largest gym in WA is served by four Actron rooftop packages to maintain the over 2200m2 space. Office areas are supported by four Daikin compact cassette units, along with additional mechanical services including outside air and toilet exhaust systems.
The Solution
Main Gym Conditioning and Exposed Ductwork
MAPS installed four Actron rooftop packages to condition the main gym area. Exposed ductwork was incorporated to support airflow and deliver a strong industrial look suited to the space and its fit-out. Office Space Conditioning
Four Daikin compact cassette units were installed to provide dedicated conditioning for office areas. Outside Air and Toilet Exhaust
Additional mechanical services were completed to support outside air integration and toilet exhaust requirements across the site.
Outcome
Revo Fitness Gym in Mandurah now has new HVAC equipment installed across gym and office areas, combining large-area rooftop conditioning, exposed ductwork, and supporting mechanical ventilation services for a comfortable, well-managed indoor environment.
